Hire Agreement

Once I have received a security bond from you, this confirms that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions. 

 
 
Security Bond/Deposit 
 

A fully refundable security bond of $100 is required to hire any of my items. Payment of this amount is required at the time of paying the inital 50% payment for your cake.  This guarantees that the stand will be available for your event and is held as a security bond against damages. 

 
Length of Hire
 

I hire out all of our items for 5 days. I request that items be returned to Whisk Cakes within this time. A late fee of $10 per day will be deducted from your bond if Whisk Cakes have not received the item back within this time. 

 

 

Refund of Security Bond

 

Your bond amount will be refunded within 3 days of all goods being returned and once I have checked it for any damages. Please make sure that the details of the nominated bank account you wish us to deposit the security bond back into is confirmed on your invoice.

 

Whisk Cakes does not hold any responsibility for wrongly despositing monies if the details you have provided are incorrect.

 

 

Damages

 

The security bond covers any damages, breakages etc that may occur during the time our items are in your possession. All breakages, chips or losses will be deducted from your security bond upon their return to Whisk Cakes. A written receipt will be given explaining such deductions.

 

Delivery & Collection

 

Pick up of items is available. Please contact me to arrange a convenient pick up time. I will advise you on collection of the best way to transport the items. 

 

 

Booking Amendments

 

Any items can be added to booking at any time if that said item is available for hire.

 

 

Cancellations

 

Any hire bookings made with Whisk Cakes that are cancelled, will be refunded the hire cost and $50, half of the security bond. If the full balance has been paid, you will receive a refund of the full amount (cost of hire plus security bond) minus $50.
